1. Parties This agreement is made between Elephant Tekstil ("Seller"), on the one hand, and the customer making the purchase ("Buyer"), on the other hand.

2. Subject of the Agreement This agreement is regulated in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Order and Delivery

The Buyer agrees to verify and confirm all important information regarding the order placed through the website, such as the product quantity, type, sales price, payment method, and delivery address.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the Buyer's order to the specified address as soon as possible, when product stocks are available.

4. Payment Method

The Buyer must select one of the specified payment methods to pay for their order.
Payment is made according to the Buyer's preferred method, and the payment amount reaches the Seller upon confirmation of the order.
5. Cancellation and Returns

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, in accordance with the distance selling contract.
The right of withdrawal period begins on the date the product is received.
6. Warranty and Return Conditions

The Seller provides warranty conditions for the products offered to its customers and determines the procedures applicable to the return or exchange of the product.
7. Other Terms

This contract cannot be transferred to a third party without the consent of the parties.
In any dispute between the parties, the laws of the Republic of Turkey will apply.
Acceptance of this contract means that the Buyer has read and accepted these terms when placing an order on the website.
